Treatments and fees
Every fee, written down, before you sit down.
Prices in dalasi, valid until 31 December 2026. You get a written quote before any work begins, and the quote is what you pay.
How the quote works
At the end of the examination you are given a printed plan listing every item, its fee and the order we would do it in. Nothing starts until you have that in your hand and have said yes. If we open a tooth and find more than the x-ray showed, we stop and speak to you rather than carrying on and adding it to the bill.

Paying for it.
Payment is on the day, by cash in dalasi, bank transfer, or Visa and Mastercard. Card payments carry no fee.
Instalments are available on any treatment over D10,000: half on the day and the balance across three months, agreed in writing before we start. There is no interest and no arrangement fee. If a payment is going to be late, tell us and we will move it; we do not hand anything to a debt collector.
Insurance. We are registered with GNIC, Prime Insurance and Global Security for reimbursement. We do not bill insurers directly. You pay us, we give you a stamped receipt with the treatment codes, and you claim it back. In our experience the money comes back in two to four weeks.
